Precautions for Using the Spraying Machine

I. Operational Precautions

1. During spraying, do not allow fingers, palms, or any part of the body to touch the nozzle;

2. It is strictly prohibited to point the spray gun nozzle at oneself or others;

3. It is strictly prohibited to spray after removing the nozzle guard;

4. In addition to spraying or cleaning, the spray gun safety must be turned off;

5. Before performing any maintenance or repair on the equipment, release the pressure first;

6. Do not use bleach or strong acidic/alkaline solvents during cleaning;

7. A corresponding power stabilizer must be equipped.

II. Construction Precautions

1. Please carry out the construction in a well-ventilated and well-lit area;

2. Do not work in areas with sparks or flammable materials;

3. Do not operate the equipment without coating;

4. This spraying equipment cannot be used for applying coatings containing adhesive components, particles, no solvents, or highly corrosive materials;

5. The spraying equipment can only use power sources within the specified range. Unauthorized power connections are strictly prohibited, as they may damage the motor;

6. When unplugging the power outlet, do not pull the power cord of the device;

7. During spray painting operations, do not overlook any potential injuries. Improper handling may lead to severe consequences. In case of injury, seek medical attention promptly.
